Seeking a new Team Leader - Your chance to make a difference Friends of the Holy Land are a small charity with a large ambition - to help our brothers and sisters in the founding communities of our faith to remain and endure in the Holy Land. We are rare as an international charity as we are registered as a charity both with Charity Commission of England and Wales and with the Palestinian Authority. We have a 15-year history of operations from our office in Bethlehem. Our mission is non-political, and we have a broad ecumenical base. We are very proud to have the endorsement of Church Leaders of all denominations in both the UK and Ireland, and the Holy Land. The focus of our work is providing practical help directly to the most needy and vulnerable of our Christian brothers and sisters through a balance of funding immediate relief of emergency needs and practical small projects to help create a sustainable future. We are currently seeking a full-time Team Leader for our West Bank Operations. Join our small, friendly team making a difference in the lives of Christians across the West Bank. This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. There is a requirement to work evenings and weekends when needed subject to overseas visits and projects, and the wishes of the Headquarters in the UK. Salary: This is a new position so to some extent the salary will reflect the experience and aptitude of the candidate, also we expect the new Team Leader to build the presence, network and reputation of the charity greatly across the West Bank in the years ahead and significant increases in salary will be available subject to this performance.
