Bethlehem, Palestine is the birthplace and home of Christmas and its roots. It is the reason why we all put up trees and celebrate the occasion.

This year due to the ongoing conflict they took the decision in solidarity with the sad loss of lives to reduced the usual celebrations which the children would look forward to every year.

As we're into the festive month of December, many of us shower the children in our families with gifts and light up trees. I want us all to take a moment and appreciate why we do this every year by letting the children of Palestine know they are not alone.
Over the past week I have been trying to reach the heart of Christmas and now have an amazing opportunity to give the children what they deserve. Addy Nasir
