Friends of the Holy Land marked our 10th anniversary with a moving and inspirational service at Temple Church, in London. Nearly 200 people gathered at the Temple Church in central London to celebrate the FHL 10th Anniversary. The key purpose for the celebration was to pray together for our mission whilst also launching a major campaign to raise awareness in UK of the plight of fellow Christians in the Holy Land.

The service was celebrated by The Most Reverend Suheil Dawani, Anglican Archbishop in Jerusalem, and supported by The Most Reverend John Wilson, Archbishop of Southwark alongside The Rt Reverend Dr Michael Langrish retired Bishop of Exeter, a patron of FHL.

The congregation were treated to music by the Temple Singers, who gave an outstanding performance, leaving us with lasting memories of a truly wonderful event.

FHL were honoured to be joined by Parliamentarians, alongside leading members of the Legal and Business communities.  The service was also attended by Bishops from the Orthodox church and local Imans, sharing in the success of FHL's last 10 years.

FHL were delighted to be hosted in the magnificent Temple Church in the heart of the Legal community in London.  As well as being a wonderful venue with beautiful acoustics, Temple Church holds a special connection to our Brothers and Sisters in the Holy Land, having been opened by the Latin patriarchate of Jerusalem more than 800 years ago. The design is also based on the Holy Sephulcre in Jerusalem.

Thank you to all those who were able to join us, both new and old supporters.
